Summer vacation has started! Fun in the sun and loafing around the house :) However, summer seems to be a little messed up this year. The first week of vacation was rained away. So much for catching frisbees(more like throw and pick-up from the ground :)).
We could not have outdoor activities due to the rain so we had to do with some indoor fun. Thank my mom’s decision to buy a wii! It saved me from hours of complaining from boredom.
I requested my brother to get the Just Dance titles for the Wii. I have been a wannabe dancer since high school and I believe I can fulfil my awesome wannabe callings through this console.
My sister and I would play Just Dance for a good hour and a half or ‘til we sweat like pigs.
Just Dance 3 has an awesome song list(my favorite song in this game is Take On Me by A-ha). You can choose either to just dance or undergo a sweat session. But the fun in the game is watching yourselves look all silly as you try to mimic the way the neon people in the screen move. Loads of fun!
I’ve succeeded in creating a cake this summer. I’ve never had much success when I tried it a few years ago. When I saw the (carrot) cake rise, I was like:
So holy week is here. Today’s good friday and a lot of people are celebrating the religious week. No business today though, no supermarkets, malls and etc.
Can’t wait for the Palawan trip on May.
Must learn to use nikon d80! So I can le awesome shots to commemorate my vacation. My mind is flooded with words like aperture, shutter speed, white balance and ISO from reading the manual(I’m not even half-way through!)

Don’t we all just fall into a special place whenever we hear a love song from 10 years ago?
It’s a habit of mine to listen to these love songs when I have free time or when I feel all hopeless romantic(which happens a lot). 98 degrees, A1, Westlife, Backstreet Boys, Savage Garden, and Nsync (90’s kids will understand) were really BIG back then.
